Even a minor error by a technician or a defect in a replaced part can cause recurring issues with your device. In such cases, we always side with the customer – offering a warranty on all our work and the parts we use.


Period

We have confidence in our technicians, equipment, and the original parts we use to restore the functionality of Apple devices. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive 180-day warranty on all operations and installed parts.

Conditions

If a customer needs to return to the uBreakiFix service center within 6 months for the same issue, we offer:

  • Warranty Repair: A repeat diagnosis will help identify the cause of the problem. If it is due to technician error or a defective part, the device will be repaired at our expense.

  • Refund: If it is not possible to repair the device to restore its functionality, we will offer a refund.

The warranty is valid if the device has been handled properly and shows no signs of mechanical damage or interference that could have caused the need for a repeat visit.
